Willowbrook Office Park

A 362,000 square foot office park at 47th and Keystone. Acorn Group brokered Crossroads Rehabilitation's purchase of the 80,000 square foot building. Acorn has repositioned three other buildings in the Park to over 90% occupancy and is now marketing the 4720 building.
